Paul Tingey

Sensei Paul has been involved in Martial Arts for over 35 years and teaches traditional Karate with street self defence.

He trained under Ian Cuthbert of the United Karate Association (Sport Karate), Steve Billet of Tomiki Aikido, Paul Bowman of Zendoryu and Joe Agoncillo of Dolce Guba Peres.

​He currently holds:

• 6th Dan in Wado Ryu
• 6th Dan in Kyusho Jitsu
• Internationally registered Dillman Kyusho Instructor – 2nd Dan
• 2nd Kyu in Tomiki Aikido
• 7th Kyu Eskrima– NFPS BTEC Level 3 Advanced award in National Self-defence instruction
• Fully First Aid Trained– DBS Certified
